These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the websites, mobile games, applications, online features, and related services provided by Rababa Games ("Rababa Games", "we", "our", or "us").

Rababa Games is operated by RABABA Design Establishment, a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

By accessing or using our websites, games, apps, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our websites, games, apps, or services.

1. Use of Our Games and Services

You may use our games and services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes, unless we give you written permission to do otherwise.

You agree to follow these Terms, applicable laws, app store rules, platform rules, and any additional rules shown inside our games or services.

2. Age Ratings and Eligibility

Each Rababa Games product may have its own age rating shown on the app store or platform where it is downloaded. You should only use our games if you meet the applicable age rating and legal requirements in your country or region.

If you are under the legal age required in your country, you may use our games only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Login

Some of our games may allow or require you to log in using Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, a local game account, guest account, or another supported account system.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, misuse, or access accounts in an unauthorized way.

Account features may be used to support game progress, achievements, leaderboards, online competition, multiplayer features, subscriptions, support, anti-cheat systems, and security.

4. Online Features, Multiplayer, and Competitions

Some of our games may include online multiplayer, online competitions, rankings, leaderboards, events, achievements, matchmaking, chat, voice chat, or other online features.

You agree to play fairly and not to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, abuse matchmaking systems, use unauthorized tools, interfere with other players, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

5. Chat, Voice Chat, and User Conduct

Some games may include text chat, voice chat, or other communication features. You are responsible for what you say, share, upload, or communicate through our games and services.

You agree not to use our games or services to:

• harass, threaten, abuse, bully, or target other users;
• share hateful, offensive, sexual, violent, illegal, or harmful content;
• impersonate another person, company, moderator, or Rababa Games representative;
• spam, scam, advertise, or send misleading content;
• share personal information about yourself or others in an unsafe way;
• interfere with other players’ enjoyment of the game.

6. User-Generated Content

Some of our games or services may allow users to create, upload, share, post, display, or transmit content, including usernames, profile information, profile pictures, text, voice, chat messages, gameplay content, designs, competition results, or other player-created content ("User Content").

User Content may be visible to other players or users. This may include usernames, profile pictures, country or region, scores, achievements, leaderboard positions, chat messages, voice/chat activity, shared content, and competition results.

You are responsible for your User Content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share it and that it does not violate these Terms, the rights of others, or applicable law.

By submitting User Content through our games or services, you grant Rababa Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute that User Content as needed to operate, promote, moderate, improve, and support our games and services.

7. Moderation and Reports

We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or investigate User Content, chat, voice chat, reports, competition activity, account activity, and gameplay activity for safety, support, anti-cheat, legal compliance, and rule enforcement.

We are not responsible for player-created content or player behavior, but we may take action when we believe it is necessary to protect our games, services, players, or community.

8. Enforcement, Suspension, and Account Restrictions

We may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, remove content, reset progress, remove leaderboard entries, revoke access, or take other action if we believe that you have violated these Terms or harmed our games, services, systems, players, or community.

This may include actions related to cheating, hacking, bug exploitation, abusive chat, offensive voice chat, inappropriate User Content, harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, unauthorized tools, score manipulation, reverse engineering, or attempts to access systems without permission.

9. Ads

Our games may display advertisements, including third-party advertisements. Ads help support and improve our games and services.

Advertising content may be provided by third-party advertising networks. Your interaction with ads may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant advertising providers.

10. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Remove Ads

Some of our games may offer paid purchases, subscriptions, or digital benefits. These may include removing ads, unlocking premium features, skins, cars, tracks, items, content, or other digital benefits.

Subscription details, including price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation options, will be shown before purchase through the relevant app store or payment provider.

Subscriptions are usually managed through the account and app store used to make the purchase, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the relevant store or platform.

Deleting or uninstalling a game may not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, you should cancel the subscription through the relevant store or platform before the renewal date.

11. Virtual Items and Digital Content

Digital content, virtual items, subscriptions, coins, skins, cars, tracks, features, or other in-game benefits are licensed to you for use inside the applicable game or service. They are not sold to you as personal property.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, virtual items and digital benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money or goods.

Players cannot trade virtual items with other players. Purchases are made only through official app stores, payment providers, or systems approved by Rababa Games.

We may modify, replace, suspend, remove, or discontinue virtual items, digital content, prices, subscriptions, features, or benefits if needed for gameplay balance, legal compliance, technical reasons, business reasons, or service updates.

12. Payments and Refunds

Payments, billing, subscription management, and refunds may be handled by third-party stores or payment providers, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not control all store billing systems or refund decisions.

Refund requests may need to be submitted through the store or platform where the purchase was made, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to Games and Services

We may update, modify, suspend, remove, replace, restrict, or discontinue any part of our games or services at any time. This may include changes to content, servers, online modes, events, ads, prices, subscriptions, purchases, supported platforms, gameplay systems, and features.

We may also release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, add features, remove features, improve safety, maintain compatibility, or comply with platform or legal requirements.

14. Intellectual Property

Our games, websites, names, logos, designs, graphics, characters, vehicles, tracks, software, source code, text, audio, video, animations, user interfaces, and other content are owned by Rababa Games, RABABA Design Establishment, or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, extract, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works from our games, code, assets, systems, or content without our written permission, except where applicable law clearly allows it.

15. Third-Party Services

Our games and services may use or connect to third-party services, including Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, Apple App Store, Google Play, payment providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, hosting providers, moderation tools, and platform services.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and rules.

16. Privacy

Your use of our games and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

17. Disclaimers

Our games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our games or services will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from bugs or data loss.

Online services, multiplayer features, chat, voice chat, leaderboards, events, subscriptions, and servers may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rababa Games and RABABA Design Establishment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use our games or services.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Some consumer protection, privacy, platform, or app store rules may still apply depending on where you live or where you downloaded the game.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our games or services after the Terms are updated means that you accept the updated Terms.
